Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative tasks in the warehouse area, controlling and executing tax-related routines to ensure all received invoices comply with tax principles, regulations, legislation, and with established deadlines and internal procedures; also register invoices and transport documents for payment purposes; * Conduct stock counts and monitor goods inflow and outflow; * Plan, participate in, and execute inventories; monitor and update stock mapping; * Prepare stock control spreadsheets, audits, create controls, issue reports, and take full responsibility for warehouse organization; * Labeling, storage, and stock management; prepare quotations for decentralized procurement related to logistics operations; * Monitor delivery deadlines; receive equipment; verify that equipment is in perfect condition and fully operational; check accessories and clean them; * Prepare equipment for removal from the company for sale or exchange; receive goods; verify purchase orders; register products in the system; supply materials to departments; manage stock; handle invoices and forward them to the administrative department; * Operate forklifts and other cargo-handling equipment in compliance with NR-11 regulations; maintain warehouse organization and material preservation; also perform duties inherent to the position such as cleaning and organizing the warehouse area, material identification, inventory, among others; * Possess knowledge of inventory control, and material inflow and outflow; perform work on vehicles in compliance with NR-35 regulations; * Drive vehicles to transport materials to locations specified in the logistics schedule, as well as conduct reverse logistics of materials (scrap, meters for refurbishment, etc.); * Comply with safety rules and instructions (use PPE and collective protective equipment, complete required training, conduct risk analysis (APR), inspect equipment, etc); **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Higher education in related fields (Logistics, Administration, Accounting) preferred Experience working in materials management areas Forklift operator training preferred Driver’s license category B preferred. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
