Job Summary: This Clinical Operations Assistant ensures humanized and efficient patient care while supporting the multidisciplinary team in administrative and operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. As a Clinical Operations Assistant, you will be a key player in delivering humanized and efficient patient care. You will work at a healthcare institution committed to safety, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement, supporting the multidisciplinary team in daily clinical operations. * Perform routine administrative tasks (file organization, correspondence and document control); * Enter and update data in systems and spreadsheets; * Support accounts payable/receivable processes, purchase requests, and material control; * Prepare simple reports and assist with internal presentations and controls; * Support medical scheduling and shift planning; * Directly attend to physicians’ requests, routing them as needed; * Support meeting scheduling, internal events, and administrative logistics. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields preferred); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Preferred experience of 6 months to 2 years in administrative routines; * Organization and ease in handling information and processes.
