Provide technical support to internal users Assist in computer network administration and provide software and hardware support to users, seeking quick solutions to ensure proper system operation. * Configure computers, create email accounts and user accounts in company systems, as well as server user accounts, using administrative tools to grant access to new employees upon each new hire; * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, collecting them for analysis and maintenance if necessary, to avoid hardware issues and prevent employees from being unable to work; * Support internal customers by clarifying arising questions via phone, remote access, or in person, providing necessary support for using their work resources; * Perform corrective maintenance whenever equipment malfunctions without a scheduled collection date, to meet end-user needs; * Analyze printer operational conditions, correcting configurations or clearing paper jams, enabling users to properly perform their work; * Manage spare parts inventory, arranging replacements in equipment and requesting purchases to replenish inventory.
