Organization and maintenance of the professional environment **RECEPTIONIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT** **LOCATION:** Glória, Vila Velha **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Experience in healthcare customer service; Basic computer skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Receive and welcome patients, ensuring friendly and organized service. Manage queue numbers, perform check-in, and verify documents and appointments. Create and update registrations in the system, ensuring complete and accurate data. Receive payments, issue invoices, and guide patients through the service flow. Review and monitor appointment schedules, anticipate inconsistencies, and optimize available time slots. Forward patients to physicians according to internal procedures. Maintain the department and service counters organized, clean, and professionally presented.
