




Job Summary: Customer service professional for a laboratory/healthcare setting, responsible for patient registration, administrative support, and excellence in customer service. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. Compensation: * Salary R$ 1\.610,00 \+ meal voucher \+ transportation allowance \+ health and dental insurance with co-payment \+ life insurance. Requirements: * Experience in customer service in pathology laboratories (preferred) or in clinical analysis/imaging exams; * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills for system usage; * Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills; * Flexible availability and ease of commuting within the municipality. Responsibilities: * Request personal identification documents with photo from customers (RG, CNH, Birth Certificate for minors under 18), health insurance card (with validity date and name clearly stated), medical order, and complementary exams; * Register patients according to the medical order; * Clarify doubts prior to registration/procedure execution; * Prepare exam cost estimates; * Verify attendance forms and private medical orders; verify simulation reports and generate overall attendance form reports upon leadership request; * Monitor and forward (in person or via courier) attendance forms to the billing department for payment processing; * Maintain an organized workplace, keeping files and materials orderly; * Supervise, support, and train new receptionists through internal mentoring programs, and perform administrative support tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor; * Sort and archive daily attendance records numerically and store them in designated locations according to document type; * Perform pre-billing/attendance form verification using system-generated reports, verifying all aspects of service—from customer, physician, and registered exam data to final report closure—prior to forwarding to the billing department for submission to health insurance providers; * Respond to emails/WhatsApp messages; * Handle telephone inquiries; * Greet patients and visitors; * Serve external and internal customers, acting as liaison with various units to ensure excellence in laboratory reception services; * Ensure excellence in front-desk service by understanding and triaging each situation to guide patients, companions, and staff on required procedures and identification for access; * Assume responsibility for billing in cases of private (non-insurance) services.
