We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to support transportation operations, goods receiving, fleet management, and administrative processes. Here, you will play a key role in ensuring our products arrive on time and with the quality our customers deserve! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Finalize the receiving process, ensuring physical inspection and driver release; * Handle and resolve fiscal and operational non-conformities during receiving; * Assist in scheduling travel rotations for owned and third-party fleets, ensuring daily demand is met; * Allocate logistical resources (drivers, tractors, trailers) and update information in SMD and Inforisk systems; * Execute systemic processes for freight payments (CIF/FOB transfers and supplies); * Ensure receipt and control of invoices, as well as return invoicing and pallets; * Receive, verify, and input delivery proof into the system, monitoring pending issues with branches; * Record and update incident reports and support fleet management (documentation, maintenance, fueling, and KM tracking); * Collaborate with branches to ensure correct execution of administrative routines and proper use of logistics systems. **Requirements and qualifications** What we expect from you: * Completed high school education; * Previous experience in customer service and administrative routines; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Knowledge of WMS and TOTVS systems is desirable; * Organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Medical plan with co-payment (optional upon enrollment); Dental plan Sul América (optional upon enrollment); Meal allowance; Pharmacy benefit Vidalink; Wellhub; Private pension plan In addition to salary and benefits, here you will find: * A collaborative environment where your work makes a difference; * An engaged team providing support for your development; * Stability and opportunities for internal growth.
