**Vacancy available for the procurement department.** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct procurement processes for materials and services to supply the insurance company internally and external service workshops. * Prospect, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. * Request, analyze, and compare quotations, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness, delivery timelines, and quality. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire workflow until delivery or service execution. * Manage contracts, deadlines, SLAs, and supplier service levels. * Support inventory management and fulfill internal department requirements. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and company regulations. * Prepare procurement reports, performance indicators, and cost analyses. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement, supply, or supply chain. * Experience with workshop procurement or external service providers is desirable. * Knowledge of negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management. * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Benefits** * Free on-site meals; * Basic health insurance, at no cost to the employee; * Dental insurance, at no cost to the employee; * Transportation allowance, exempt from payroll deduction (BRL 10.20 per working day); * Career development plan. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:48**.
