Job Summary: Provide comprehensive support throughout the leasing cycle, ensuring an agile, secure, and courteous experience for clients while optimizing property occupancy rates. Key Highlights: 1. Contract management and CRM updates **1 \- Role of this position:** Provide comprehensive support throughout the leasing cycle—from the first contact with prospective tenants to contract formalization. The goal is to ensure that clients (tenants and property owners) enjoy an agile, secure, and courteous experience, thereby optimizing the occupancy rate of portfolio properties. **2 Main Responsibilities:** a) Customer Service and Qualification: Respond to leads from real estate portals, WhatsApp, and phone calls, identifying client profiles and needs. b) Visit Scheduling: Coordinate visit schedules among brokers, inspectors, and prospects, ensuring key logistics. c) Creditworthiness Assessment: Collect required documentation from applicants and guarantors, forwarding it for credit and surety insurance evaluation. d) Contract Management: Assist in drafting lease agreements, addendums, and verifying signatures (physical or digital). e) Inspection Support: Facilitate coordination with the inspection department to ensure entry and exit reports are correctly attached to respective files. f) System Updates: Maintain the brokerage’s CRM rigorously updated with the status of each negotiation and property availability. **3 Tasks Currently Performed:** a) Occasionally complete lease agreements; b) Daily digital or telephonic customer service via mobile phone or WhatsApp; c) Occasionally provide in-person service to walk-in clients; d) Occasionally manage lease records using spreadsheets; e) Weekly follow-up on service completion for approved or rejected clients. **4 Requirements and Qualifications:** **I \- Technical Competencies (Hard Skills):** a) Education: Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related fields is a plus). b) Experience: Prior experience in customer service or administrative routines (real estate industry experience is desirable). c) Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for spreadsheet control and Word for document editing). d) Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to handle client objections. **II \- Behavioral Profile (Soft Skills)** a) Sense of Urgency: Prompt response to clients (in the leasing market, the first to respond typically closes the deal). b) Organization and Attention to Detail: Meticulous handling of documents and adherence to legal deadlines. c) Empathy and Courtesy: Ability to convey security and trust throughout the leasing process. d) Resilience: Skill in mediating occasional conflicts between property owners’ and tenants’ expectations. **Preferred Qualification:** \- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT, GENERAL MANAGEMENT, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, or related fields. **5 Offer:** 1\.
