




Job Summary: The Maintenance Analyst is responsible for managing the quality of infrastructure and equipment, conducting inspections, developing maintenance plans, registering new equipment, and monitoring corrective and preventive activities. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Analyst position within our Maintenance Department. * Monitor the quality of technical areas, infrastructure, and equipment, identifying requirements and classifying\-them as corrective or preventive actions. * Conduct routine inspections across departments/facilities, recording information or service requests, photographic evidence, and observations for preparing workshop follow\-up reports \"electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and civil\". * Notify departments of irregularities identified during inspections. * Support, develop, and review maintenance plans, checklists, SOPs, and TIs. * Participate in scheduling shutdowns, major maintenance activities, and preventive routines. * Register new equipment in the maintenance management system, ensuring accurate registration and updating records and documents—including available technical manuals or training materials. * Provide operational support and on\-site monitoring, acting as the liaison between operational teams, supervision, and suppliers. * Monitor corrective, preventive, and project activities, tracking service execution by internal teams and third parties, and reporting deviations or non\-conformities to management. * Support the operational team with basic guidance and training assistance, per technical leadership directives. * Perform measurements, tests, and operational verifications as needed or per established routine, record results, and forward them for analysis by Coordination, Supervision, or Engineering. * Participate in root cause analyses of failures and map failure modes, proposing action plans. * Monitor maintenance contracts, controlling deadlines, deliverables, scopes, and contractual compliance, with reporting to management. * Participate in alignment meetings with suppliers, supporting the collection of information for scope definition, proposals, and budgeting. * Assess materials, supplies, and requirements necessary for maintenance activities. * Execute and control expenses approved by management, analyzing budgets, energy consumption, water usage, and climate control. * Collect, analyze, and propose solutions for deviations in common and specific utility charges. * Monitor departmental performance indicators and propose improvement actions. * Support annual maintenance planning by consolidating data, historical records, and indicators to inform budget preparation. Identify improvement opportunities aimed at operational efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost reduction. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, PDCA). * Budget and contract third\-party services for preventive, corrective maintenance, new equipment, or projects. Assist in organizing and responding to internal and external audits. * Monitor compliance with applicable technical standards, legislation, Regulatory Norms (NRs), and internal procedures, flagging risks and non\-conformities to leadership. * Track validity deadlines for reports, inspections, calibrations, certifications, and mandatory documents, alerting about expirations and renewal needs. * Support resolution of non\-conformities, complaints, recommendations, and action plans arising from audits, tracking deadlines and documenting evidence of resolution efforts. * Organize, maintain up\-to\-date, and provide access to records, reports, inspection reports, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), certificates, maintenance plans, and audit/certification evidence. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil, or related fields), Administration, or related disciplines. * Preferred: Proficiency in analyzing performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, availability, etc.). * Preferred: Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical manuals, procedures, and drawings. * **What We Offer:** + Market\-competitive salary; + Health and dental insurance (PARTICIPATIVE); + Meals provided at the hospital (breakfast and lunch for R$0.50 per day); + Transportation allowance; + Wellhub; + Life insurance; + Partnerships with educational institutions; + Sesc partnership; + Employee wellness center.
