Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with proven e-commerce experience to join our team, proficient in digital commerce routines and operations management. Key Highlights: 1. If you have directly managed online stores or marketplaces and are well-versed in digital commerce routines, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Processing incoming shipments and issuing invoices * Comprehensive product registration (title, description, images, and attributes) * Product portfolio organization and cataloging * Inventory control and system information updates * Creation and optimization of marketplace and digital channel listings * Order picking, preparation, and shipping * Maintenance and updating of marketplace integrations * Customer service via chat, WhatsApp, and other digital channels * Communication with marketplaces to resolve issues (complaints, price reviews, unauthorized charges, etc.) * Management of returns and exchanges * Coordination with suppliers and logistics providers as needed * Monitoring and reporting of store performance metrics and KPIs * General support for the company’s commercial operations **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in e-commerce operations (marketplaces or proprietary online store) * Knowledge of product registration and listing management * Experience in digital customer service and order management * Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with marketplaces such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, or B2W * Familiarity with ERPs or integration platforms * Skills in listing optimization and improvement of online sales performance **Benefits** * Meal allowance: R$ 600.00 * Transportation allowance (no 6% deduction) * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance **Working Hours** Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Salary: R$2.762,00 — R$3.262,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
