This professional will be responsible for checking products upon entry and exit, ensuring compliance with fiscal documents, purchase orders, and the company's internal standards. **Responsibilities:** Your main responsibilities: * Perform goods checking during receipt and dispatch; * Validate fiscal invoices, purchase orders, product codes, and quantities; * Verify physical integrity of goods (damages, shortages, or overages); * Identify, record, and report discrepancies found; * Monitor loading and unloading processes; * Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly packaged for shipment; * Enter records into systems or control spreadsheets; * Support organization of receipt and dispatch areas; * Contribute to inventory accuracy; * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures. **What We Expect From You:** * Previous experience as a checker or in logistics-related activities; * Basic knowledge of fiscal invoice and purchase order checking; * Attention to detail and high level of concentration; * Organization, agility, and sense of responsibility; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS experience is a plus); * Ability to handle deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks.
