Proactive prospecting to acquire new customers **Location**: Vasco da Gama, Cariacica\-ES **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Employment Type**: CLT \- On-site **Starting Compensation**: BRL 2\.247,00 \+ Commission **Benefits**: * Dental Plan; * Health Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * SESC Membership; * Transportation Allowance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Birthday Day Off; * Life Insurance. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of prior experience as an inside sales representative or telesales agent; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales closing; * Ability to manage sales targets and objectives; * Strong communication and active listening skills; * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of printing products; experience with CRM and sales management systems; Power BI; TOTVS Protheus. **Responsibilities**: * Prepare quotations and estimates according to customer requirements; * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and apply discounts within company policies; * Advise customers on technical specifications and benefits of products; * Provide consultative customer service via digital channels (WhatsApp and E\-mail/Outlook), and by phone when necessary; * Register and update customer data in the system when required; * Record customer interactions and service activities in the internal system; * Conduct proactive prospecting by contacting companies to sell products and acquire new customers for portfolio expansion.
