VALE COMPANY **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in vulcanization maintenance services for conveyor belts (cold and hot splices, mechanical splices, and belt replacement); * Occupational safety knowledge (PPE, applicable NR regulations); * Availability to work on rotating shifts and flexibility in working hours. **Desired Qualifications:** * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. **Job Responsibilities and Activities:** * Perform hot and cold splicing of conveyor belts; * Move counterweights using hoists and/or cranes; * Manufacture rubber components using utility knives or cutting equipment; * Apply vulcanizing adhesive to coat screens, chutes, drums, and hoppers; * Transport conveyor belt rolls using trucks or flatbed trailers.
