Our vacancies are also open to PCD candidates (persons with disabilities). \#MedSênior \#vacancies \#hiring \#opportunities \#technology \#health \#hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the procurement team in managing acquisition processes for goods and services—from requisition through supplier negotiation. * Conduct market research, analyze proposals and quotations, and prepare reports to support decision-making. * Monitor contract execution, tracking deadlines, quantities, and quality of delivered products/services. * Assist in inventory management, identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes. * Support the updating and maintenance of records and documents related to procurement activities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement and/or Logistics is a plus. * Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain activities. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, data analysis, and inventory control. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and results orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Intermediate or advanced English is a plus. * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP) is desirable. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal voucher, Health and Dental Plans, Gympass, Birthday leave, Psychological support, and Transportation allowance.
