Responsibilities * Expense Management. * Monthly Unit Performance Analysis. * Justification of monthly budget vs. actual variances. * Action planning with managers for accounts exceeding budget. * Analysis of expense forecasts. * Daily validation of all logistics-related expenses. * Treasury cash management for the Distribution Center (DC) (control of expenses paid via cash and expense reporting). * Headcount Control. * Monitor and ensure timely updates of the unit's reports. * Support for Employees/Financial Management.
