***Multilift Logística*** is seeking a Contracts and Projects Analyst with knowledge and experience in this field to join our procurement team. This position is on-site.
**Indefinite-term contract:** following successful completion of the probationary period

**DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS / POSITION SCOPE**
**Main Responsibilities**
* Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
* Monitor deadlines, renewals, amendments, price adjustments, and contractual obligations.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies.
* Organize and maintain an up-to-date repository of contracts and legal documents.
* Coordinate physical and digital signature processes (e.g., DocuSign).
* Support internal departments (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales).
* Conduct risk analyses and recommend preventive measures.
* Track contract-related performance indicators (SLA, deliveries, service levels).
* Interact with suppliers for clarifications, audits, and renegotiations.
* Participate in internal and external audit processes.
**Requirements (Mandatory)**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in contract management.
* Basic legal analysis knowledge (obligations, validity, liability, penalties).
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of information.
* Attention to detail and analytical ability.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)**
* Experience with facilities, supply chain, technology, or construction contracts.
* Familiarity with contract management systems or RM Sistemas is a plus.
* Advanced understanding of compliance and LGPD.
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
**WORK HOURS**
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
