Job Description Mission: Monitor and operate sewage pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants (EEE, ETE) in real time, ensuring service continuity and compliance with environmental regulations. Open service requests with the energy utility (third party), mobilize field teams, electromechanical teams, network teams, and operations teams for correction and improvement of the operational unit. Responsibilities: * Telemetry Monitoring: Monitor wet well levels, network pressures, flow rates, and status of motor-pump sets via SCADA systems. * Remote Control: Remotely start or stop equipment to balance the sewage system (SES). * Alarm Management: Identify critical failures (e.g., pump shutdowns or force main ruptures) and perform initial diagnosis to guide field maintenance teams. * Quality Control: Monitor physicochemical parameters (e.g., Dissolved Oxygen and pH) reported by sensors, ensuring treated effluent meets discharge standards. * Reporting and Logistics: Record incidents in internal systems and communicate via radio/telephone with field crews to optimize service order execution. * Issue daily incident response reports, close service orders, and document implemented measures.
