Contribute to sales growth in the digital environment The E\-commerce Assistant will support the company's digital operations, ensure the proper functioning of online sales platforms, update products, track orders, and contribute to sales growth in the digital environment. **Key Responsibilities** Product listing, updating, and verification on e\-commerce platforms (descriptions, images, SKUs, prices, and inventory). Order tracking for website and marketplace purchases. Support to billing and logistics departments. Updating banners, promotions, and campaigns on the website. Customer service via chat, e\-mail, or WhatsApp. Support in handling online channel exchanges, returns, and complaints. Assistance in sales analysis and product performance evaluation. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with systems and spreadsheets. Good written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in product listing.
