We are seeking an N2 Analyst to work in the Support Center, with a focus on administration and maintenance of firewall environments. The professional will be responsible for technical analysis, handling escalated incidents, implementing security rules, and supporting internal teams and customers.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Handle tickets escalated from Level 1 (N1);
* Monitor infrastructure, networks, and services using monitoring tools;
* Perform troubleshooting for network and security incidents;
* Execute NOC operational procedures;
* Interact with telecom providers and vendors to resolve incidents;
* Support technical and field teams when required;
* Participate in technical calls with customers for analysis and guidance;
* Analyze security logs and events to identify failures or threats;
* Ensure documentation and recording of all changes performed;
* Create, modify, and remove firewall rules according to formal requests and security policies;
* Configure and validate:
* Security policies;
* NAT (Source and Destination);
* Site-to-Site and Client-to-Site VPN;
* Network and service objects;
* Security profiles (IPS, Web Filter, Application Control).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Preferred: Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in Information Technology or related fields;
* Day shift, 12x36 schedule;
* Intermediate knowledge of networking (routing, VLAN, IP, ICMP);
* Experience with firewalls (FortiGate preferred);
* Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
* Customer service experience;
* Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating schedule.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a NOC environment;
* Knowledge of Information Security;
* Certifications in networking or firewall domains;
* Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
