Join the Confeipan team! * **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing inquiries and advising on products and payment methods. * **Sales Recording:** Operate the cash register accurately and swiftly, recording purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * **Payment Processing:** Process payments in cash, debit cards, credit cards, or other payment methods, verifying received amounts and issuing payment receipts. * **Fiscal Document Issuance:** Issue invoices and receipts in compliance with current tax regulations, ensuring accuracy of information. * **Cash Organization:** Maintain an organized workplace by restocking daily-use supplies (paper, bags, etc.), keeping the cash station clean and funds properly segregated. * **Cash Closing:** Perform end-of-shift cash closing, verifying cash balances and confirming all payments have been correctly recorded in the system. * **Error and Return Control:** Handle registration errors, returns, and product exchanges in accordance with company policy. Requirements: To apply for this position, you must have: * Completed high school; * Prior experience as a Cashier (preferred); * Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and agility in the sales process. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays (rotating schedule) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Additionally, you should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling stressful situations.
