We operate across 23 states, supporting more than 1,300 strategic partners via our platform. **About the Role** We are seeking a Backend Developer – Laravel to collaborate on developing robust and scalable Laravel-based systems, ensuring the performance and security that underpin our solution. * **Development and Maintenance:** Engage in the continuous development and maintenance of our primary system built on Laravel. * **Laravel Framework:** Work with core framework components—including models, migrations, controllers, and routes—to build and expand the application. * **Database:** Perform basic queries on our PostgreSQL database using Laravel abstractions such as Eloquent and Query Builder. * **Feature Development:** Support the team in developing new features, collaborating from conception through delivery. * **Bug Fixes:** Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs, while implementing minor improvements to ensure system stability and performance. * **Code Quality:** Maintain organized and readable code, adhering to team-defined development standards and best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Proficiency in Laravel, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. * Experience building and consuming REST APIs. * Familiarity with Docker for development environment setup and usage. * Experience with Git for source code version control. * Understanding of SOLID principles and software development best practices. **Soft Skills** * Organization. * Effective communication. * Logical reasoning. * Results orientation. **Work Model/Hours** * Hybrid (Vitória). * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
