Join our team! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitoring Delinquent Accounts: * Actively monitor the status of delinquent customers, analyze patterns, and develop regularization strategies. Assisting in the Collections Process: * Support the collections process by implementing effective actions to recover outstanding amounts. Issuing Payment Slips: * Be responsible for the correct issuance of payment slips, ensuring compliance with established procedures. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Proactivity and Commitment: * Demonstrate initiative and dedication to job responsibilities. Agility: * Act quickly and efficiently when performing tasks, optimizing the collections process.
