




Job Opening: Logistics Operations Assistant Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 2,146.22 ✅ Benefits - Thirteenth salary - Transportation allowance (with 6% payroll deduction) - Salary advance - On-site cafeteria - Microwave-equipped area for employee use - Banked hours in accordance with labor legislation --- ✅ Requirements - Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is considered an advantage). - Valid driver’s license category B and willingness to undertake occasional travel. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, dashboards, Power Query). - Proficiency in management systems (TMS, ERP, WMS, SAP). - Experience in logistics routines, transportation, inventory management, and customer service. - Intermediate English and basic Spanish desirable for communication with international suppliers. - Strong communication skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure. - Willingness to work on-site during business hours, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays. - Knowledge of ISO standards, compliance requirements, and labor legislation applicable to logistics. - Ability to prepare managerial reports and executive presentations. - Experience in continuous improvement projects and Lean/Kaizen methodologies. --- Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and monitor all company logistics operations. - Perform vehicle routing, delivery and pickup scheduling, ensuring timely execution and quality standards. - Enter data into management systems, update control spreadsheets, and prepare weekly and monthly managerial reports. - Support drivers, customers, and suppliers by resolving incidents such as delays, damages, returns, and complaints. - Monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs), propose improvements, and implement corrective actions. - Support billing, shipping, and inventory departments to ensure interdepartmental integration. - Organize periodic inventories, stock reconciliations, and internal audits. - Participate in alignment meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement projects. - Draft contracts, oversee administrative processes, and support negotiations with transport providers. - Maintain active communication with customers, updating them on order and delivery status. - Support the commercial team in new business proposals and logistical feasibility analyses. - Coordinate corporate events related to logistics and assist with general administrative tasks. - Ensure proper document organization—both physical and digital—and guarantee compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. - Assist innovation and digital transformation initiatives, including testing new systems and tools. - Serve as the liaison between senior management and operations, reporting results and tracking strategic goals. - Support operational team management by guiding staff and ensuring adherence to procedures. - Prepare executive presentations for senior management and detailed reports for external audits. - Conduct logistics cost analysis and propose expense reduction alternatives. - Support internal engagement campaigns and corporate training programs. - Maintain an organized workplace, including equipment maintenance and infrastructure support. - Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new operational staff. - Contribute to sustainability and social responsibility initiatives linked to logistics. - Support general administrative tasks, such as mail handling, material procurement, and senior management assistance. - Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as required by the company.
