If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** A professional responsible for ensuring the structuring, planning, approval, and control of industrial projects, with a focus on technical excellence, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with internal standards and technical regulations. Activities align with CIPM (Project and Maintenance Implementation Cycle) guidelines. **Detailed Description:** * Develop and manage the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) – Project Analytical Structure. * Develop and manage the CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure) – Cost Analytical Structure. * Project Control and Monitoring * Utilize tools such as: Quilt: integrated work package management; PSM (Project Status Meeting): facilitating status meetings focused on performance and risks; PSR (Project Status Report): preparing structured progress reports covering physical and financial aspects. * Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier proposals, ensuring compliance with: Company internal standards; Applicable technical regulations; Support for project approval and management. * Support the project approval process by providing: Structured data; Managerial tracking reports; Planning and definition of guidelines. * Contribute to defining scope, schedule, budget, and performance indicators. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Clear and assertive communication skills. * Collaborative leadership and ability to engage multidisciplinary teams. * Systemic vision and results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Fluent English **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Serra/ES * Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
