Job Summary: Responsible for planning and developing social media content strategies, focusing on brand strengthening, engagement, and sales support, including video production and editing, as well as trend monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and development of social media content strategies. 2. Creation and editing of videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitoring digital trends and collaborating with the sales team. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Plan and develop social media content strategies, focusing on brand strengthening, engagement, and sales support; Create strategic editorial calendars and scripts for institutional, commercial, and trending (trends) content; Produce content for the company's social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn; Conduct briefings, plan, and organize the publication schedule; Produce, capture, and record videos, primarily using smartphones; Edit videos using applications such as CapCut; Create strategic and engaging captions for publications; Publish and monitor content across the company's social media platforms; Monitor digital trends and relevant formats for the target audience; Collaborate with the sales team, encouraging and supporting consultants' participation in content creation. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; Creative writing skills; Proficiency in social media best practices; Experience or familiarity with scriptwriting, video recording, and editing; Ease in capturing videos using smartphones; Creative profile, attuned to digital trends. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
