We seek proactive individuals eager to learn and willing to support internal demands so that we may grow together and achieve new horizons. **Location: Belo Horizonte** **Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday** **Key responsibilities include:** * Supervise the department and its respective staff to ensure compliance with work instructions and quality procedures. * Respond to and report requests and information to your supervisor. * Be responsible for maintaining and verifying the cleanliness of shelves and workbenches within the department. * Comply with all departmental procedures and company rules. * Monitor task execution correctly according to activity procedures. * Monitor staff tasks and report any behavioral deviations to your supervisor. **Minimum Education:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. **SKILLS:** \- Basic computer skills \- Experience as a supervisor or team leader. \- Knowledge of OPME and/or CME.
