Job Summary: Professional responsible for order acquisition, analysis, load formation, billing, and monitoring of goods dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with WMS and technical education in administration or logistics. 2. Handling order acquisition, analysis, and billing. 3. Monitoring goods dispatch and analyzing performance indicators. FPP \- BILLING AND ORDER PLANNING ORDER ACQUISITION: * Invoice entry * Order reception and analysis * Post-picking order analysis LOAD FORMATION: * Order generation * Order release and operational tracking * Coordination with sales department regarding non-conforming orders BILLING: * Invoice issuance * Freight carrier quotation request * Monitoring of goods dispatch * Analysis of operational performance indicators Requirements: * Experience with WMS; * Minimum technical education \- (Administration, logistics, or related fields); * Preferred knowledge of Sankhya ERP; * Advanced Excel \- Microsoft Office Suite * Preferred knowledge of Power BI;
