Your key responsibilities and duties include: Reception and Welcome * Greet customers warmly and energetically, providing a light and welcoming arrival. * Manage the waiting list in an organized and attentive manner. * Escort customers to their tables, ensuring order and smooth flow in the dining area. * Provide initial information about the menu and restaurant operations. Flow Organization * Monitor table occupancy and communicate status to leadership. * Work in sync with servers and waitstaff to ensure service rhythm. * Monitor customer needs during the first minutes of their experience.
