Job Summary: The professional will apply the SUPERA Method, guide and support students, plan lessons, evaluate performance, and actively participate in communication with parents and promotional activities. Active participation in promotion and communication with parents Summary of Responsibilities: • Application of the SUPERA Method • Student Guidance and Support • Lesson Planning • Accurately entering each student's pedagogical information into the system • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust activities as needed. • Active Participation: Actively participate in classroom decoration—whether by assisting in creating decorative materials, organizing exhibitions, or integrating thematic elements into lessons • Communication with Parents or Guardians • Continuous Professional Development in the SUPERA methodology • Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate on local promotion of the SUPERA franchise by participating in events, workshops, and other activities that enhance the school’s visibility and appeal.
