Active participation in promotion and communication with parents Summary of Responsibilities: • Application of the SUPERA Method • Student Guidance and Support • Lesson Planning • Accurately entering each student's pedagogical information into the system • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust activities as needed. • Active Participation: Actively participate in classroom decoration—whether by assisting in creating decorative materials, organizing exhibitions, or integrating thematic elements into lessons • Communication with Parents or Guardians • Continuous Professional Development in the SUPERA methodology • Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate on local promotion of the SUPERA franchise by participating in events, workshops, and other activities that enhance the school’s visibility and appeal.
