Completed undergraduate degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in the food industry, as the role is within the bakery sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and train work teams directly involved in bakery production; Assist in preparing technical documentation (production reports and spreadsheets, operational procedure manuals, work schedules, and others); Promote improvements in the production process for recipes (bread, puff pastries, cheese bread, etc.); Work in compliance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements; Standardize in-house manufactured products (bakery and confectionery); Control cost of goods sold (COGS) for production; Control losses and stockouts in in-house production.
