ACCIONA, within its Water business, requires the incorporation of a Procurement Technician for its new CESAN project in Espírito Santo. Job Description ACTIVITIES* Coordinate and monitor the proper distribution of Purchase Requests received from requesting departments (Internal Customer), establishing discipline categorization per buyer to optimize task execution. * Coordinate and control the implementation of action plans and processes established by management level. * Coordinate activities and teams within the scope of responsibility, being accountable for operational planning and achieved results. * Coordinate, monitor and control activities related to the procurement of Services, meeting the requirements of the Project. * Coordinate, monitor and control the activities of uploading tender processes into the procurement portal (Procur\-e). * Ensure supplier negotiations are conducted fairly and in compliance with guidelines and standards established by Supply, Quality, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Compliance policies and procedures. * Coordinate, monitor and control activities related to receipt of supplier proposals, critical analysis of proposals, proposal equalization, and preparation of Comparative Evaluation Reports. * Coordinate contract negotiations with strategic or high financial impact suppliers. * Be responsible for systemic approval (D4Sign), prior to management-level approval. * Guarantee adequate supply of all inputs related to direct and indirect Services required for production. * Collaborate in the development of new suppliers and/or services aligned with Project activities. * Ensure proper registration and qualification of suppliers serving the Project (Procur\-e). * Coordinate activities related to periodic supplier performance evaluations. * Study procurement processes, routines and procedures for Goods, Materials and Services, and propose innovations therein. * Contribute to the definition, development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan. * Coordinate the preparation of a unified Vendor List for the Project, also serving as interface for other Company Projects. * Coordinate appropriate internal communication with the team, in accordance with management-level guidelines. * Promote good team relationships and appropriate interpersonal relations with suppliers and related departments. * Coordinate internal performance meetings for the Procurement area, aligned with management guidelines. * Coordinate and ensure compliance by Procurement Agents with Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
