We’re waiting for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in preparing managerial reports and performance indicators; * Assistance in managing financial and material resources; * Support in corporate representation activities with clients; * Participation in monitoring and tracking contractual agreement compliance; * Collaboration with the team in organizing and archiving documents; * Perform other administrative tasks as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirement:** * Currently enrolled between the 3rd and 7th semester in Engineering or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; **You stand out if you have:** * Basic knowledge of MS Project, MS Power BI; * Advanced English \- Experience delivering presentations; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment type: Flex Office (Hybrid) * Work location: Vitória/ES * Working hours: 6 hours per day \- 30 hours per week * Contract duration: 1 year **Timenow Benefits:** * Internship journey experience support * Training in planning * Exclusive courses and learning paths * Innovative environment One paid day off during your birthday month or internship anniversary month * How do you envision your future?
