You will work at the **heart of Rede Confiança's culture**, being responsible for attracting, selecting, hiring, and welcoming our talents. **What you'll do daily:** * **Post job openings** on recruitment platforms and social media * Perform **resume screening**, identifying profiles aligned with our DNA * Conduct **End-to-End interviews** with candidates (pre\-screening, assessments, panel interviews, closing) * Carry out **profile mapping** together with team leaders and coordinators * Handle **high-volume hiring** while maintaining quality and speed * Keep the **job openings board always updated** and organized * Communicate with relevant departments regarding **hires and onboarding** * **Submit new hires** to the accounting portal and manage contracts * Ensure **collection of signatures** on onboarding documents * Conduct **onboarding** for new talents * Perform **exit interviews** with empathy and active listening * Lead **group dynamics** with creativity and connection * Guarantee delivery of Uniforms, ID Badges, etc. **Requirements to excel in this role:** * Clear, approachable, and empathetic communication * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Passion for people * Ownership mindset and proactiveness * Ability to handle high volume while maintaining quality * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets** * **Ongoing or completed** higher education will be a plus **Benefits you'll enjoy here:** * **Ifood Food Card**: R$15/day for food or meal allowance \+ R$200 fixed amount to spend as you wish.
