As an Inbound Commercial Consultant, your main responsibilities will include: * Answering calls and requests from customers interested in our services; * Conducting a careful analysis of each customer's needs, understanding their challenges and objectives; * Presenting our solutions clearly and persuasively, highlighting benefits for the customer; * Negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring both the company's and the customer's interests are met; * Following up on the sales process while maintaining an excellent level of customer service; * Recording all interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.
