If you possess the profile of a “conductor” capable of orchestrating multiple workflows—from photographer assignments to press delivery—while ensuring nothing falls out of rhythm, this position is for you! We are looking for an Editorial Traffic Coordinator to serve as the operational cornerstone of our publishing house, managing teams, budgets, and the final quality of all our products (both physical and digital). The Editorial Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all areas of editorial production, including coordination of editorial material traffic, deadline control, and assurance of content quality. Responsibilities: \- Define and monitor the daily workflow of producers, art editors, and cinematographers. No one remains idle, and nothing is delayed; \- Ensure articles, columns, and advertisements arrive on time, guaranteeing the magazine’s layout finalization and digital platform releases; \- Organize requests, shift schedules, editorial planning meetings, and supervise sector-wide productivity (timing); \- Guarantee verification of the final print, the CTP process, and the physical printing of the magazine; \- Approve budgets with the Editor and maintain operations within the defined financial limit; \- Monitor production metrics, improve systems, and ensure the brand’s quality standard is upheld across all platforms;
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Publishing, or related fields; Prior experience in publishing or editorial traffic coordination; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience working at publishing houses, advertising agencies, or media outlets; Ability to coordinate creative teams and interact effectively with diverse technical profiles; You must be the most organized person in the room (mastery of calendars, spreadsheets, and operational maps); Basic knowledge of prepress, file finalization, and video workflows; Ability to work under tight deadline pressure; Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator).
