




**EXCEL ASSESSMENT REQUIRED** * Assist and monitor customer service via phone, in person, and through WhatsApp; * Capitalization, decapitalization, replacement of economic indices; * Collect and analyze customer feedback, turning them into actionable insights; * Add and remove customers from credit protection services; * Support and monitor the collections department in its activities; * Assist in structuring collection and customer service processes; * Manage the Customer Portal by inserting and modifying standards, new templates, and new developments in the CRM; * Administer the collections and customer service CRM, including closing pending service requests; * Prepare reports as requested by management (NPS, contract cancellation, registration, and delinquency); * Critically analyze renegotiation proposals, cancellations, and takeovers; * Request approvals for cancellations, budgets, and payments; * Request updates to the gross sales value (VGV) of lots scheduled for cancellation; * Monitor, together with the Controller's Office, the performance strategy of each development; * Communicate potential weaknesses to the Controller's Office and respond to requests related to the customer area; * Perform random checks on discounts and functions within the Portal; * Forward to the Legal Department the list of customers unreachable through collections; * Sign contracts as a witness; * Respond to brokers and sales teams regarding sales or customer inquiries; * Make changes to sales models and discounts upon validation by the commercial department; * Monitor the execution of the department's activity calendar, developing action plans with management to correct delays and achieve goals; * Provide support to relationship assistants when necessary; * Keep department procedures, forms, and standards up to date; * Suggest improvements and adjustments to internal processes to optimize customer experience; * Support and implement new continuous improvement projects within the department; * Follow organizational procedures and leadership directives.
