The professional will be responsible for supervising store departments, ensuring that all operate according to company standards, as well as meeting market and customer needs. Responsibilities: * Manage the team; * Monitor sales results and proactively encourage the team to achieve targets; * Provide customer service; * Conduct store checklists to verify that processes are carried out according to company standards and requirements set by regulatory agencies; * Monitor overall performance of their unit and seek support from administrative departments to define improvement strategies for indicators.
