Job Summary: Professional to support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, performing process mapping and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Conduct internal audits and oversee external certification audits 3. Support continuous improvement projects and customer satisfaction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, performing internal process mapping, review, and standardization; Be responsible for developing, reviewing, and controlling quality procedures, instructions, and records, as well as conducting internal audits and overseeing external certification audits; Monitor performance indicators, corrective action plans for deviations, and deliver training on quality standards and practices to employees. Oversee non-conformance handling, corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement projects, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
