Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing telephone support for the Fiscal Accounting/Accounting or Payroll modules in the Domain System; * Ensuring information provided to customers is clear and concise; * Guaranteeing efficient support, always aiming for problem resolution; * Understanding the customer journey and the processes required to address each request; * Acting as an intermediary for requests regarding adjustments and corrections to the products offered; * Practicing and promoting the organization’s expected values and behaviors; * Staying up to date on innovations in solutions provided to customers and relevant legislative changes in the field of operation. 251211020249331721
