Lojaybera is an online store offering a wide range of products to meet consumer needs. Focused on quality and customer service, it aims to deliver a satisfying shopping experience. **Responsibilities:** Provide first-level user support via ticketing systems, email, chat, or phone. Register, categorize, and prioritize tickets according to SLA and criticality. Resolve low- and medium-complexity incidents following defined procedures. Provide technical support for internal applications, web systems, and corporate tools. Perform basic tests to identify root causes of issues. Escalate tickets appropriately to higher support levels (N2/N3) when necessary, with complete information. Monitor tickets until final resolution and keep users informed of progress.
