Dynamic and collaborative environment **Position: Nursing Technician** **Vitória/ES** **Angiology Clinic** We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and collaborative professional to work in an angiology clinic, providing direct support during procedures and patient care, ensuring organization, agility, and excellence in service delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare patients for consultations, examinations, and procedures; * Assist physicians during outpatient procedures; * Prepare, dilute, and administer medications according to medical prescriptions; * Administer injectable medications and perform dressings when necessary; * Organize and sort materials for procedures before, during, and after patient visits; * Clean equipment and procedure rooms before and after each procedure; * Maintain procedure rooms organized, stocked, and ready for use; * Capture images of procedures and selected routine moments at the clinic; * Update patient records and system/CRM after procedures with patient information; * Monitor vital signs and observe patients before and after procedures; * Manage inventory of supplies and medications; * Prepare purchase lists and replenishment orders to avoid supply shortages; * Organize medications and supplies in the procedure room; * Ensure compliance with biosafety protocols; * Provide support for activities related to the clinic’s clinical routine; * Escort and guide patients to procedure and recovery rooms. **Requirements:** * Completed Nursing Technician training; * Active registration with COREN; * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Technician; * Experience in diluting, preparing, and administering medications; * Experience administering injectables; * Proficiency in updating patient records/CRM; * Experience in clinics, outpatient departments, or hospitals is a plus; * Comfort with technology and image capture. **Desired Behavioral Profile:** * Proactive and dynamic profile, willing to share work-related insights with colleagues; * Collaborative profile with strong professional demeanor; * Attention to detail and high level of organization; * Agility in responding to new demands and priorities; * Strong communication skills and empathetic patient interaction; * Ability to learn quickly; * Outgoing and communicative personality; * Sense of responsibility and commitment. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly salary of R$ 3\.325,00; * Monthly meal allowance of R$ 600,00; * Transportation allowance; * Hazard pay. **Work Schedule:** * 12-hour shift system, according to the clinic’s rotation schedule; * Weekly workload of 44 hours; * Flexible afternoon hours on Fridays, subject to demand and internal alignment.
