Job Summary: We are seeking a curious and logically-minded IT Intern to provide system support and assist the development team. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the development team in system testing and improvements 2. Providing Level 1 support to users of internal systems 3. Assisting with technical documentation and workflow optimization We are looking for an **IT Intern** to join our Development Team! If you possess logical reasoning, are curious, enjoy problem-solving, and want to learn while providing system support and assisting the development team, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; **Main Responsibilities** * Providing **Level 1 Support** to users of internal systems (ticket registration, initial analysis, and ticket routing); * Assisting in identifying and correcting systemic inconsistencies; * Supporting the development team in testing, validation, and system improvements; * Assisting with technical documentation and process updates; * Contributing suggestions for continuous improvement and workflow optimization. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 (1 hour lunch break)
