Main Responsibilities: * Support general Human Resources department routines * Provide administrative and operational support to the department * Attend to employees, assisting with daily requests * Organize documents, information, and internal controls of the department * Support activities related to the employee lifecycle within the company * Contribute to monitoring, organizing, and updating internal processes * Assist with payroll-related routines, including verifications and required controls * Collaborate across different departments to meet HR-related demands **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields * Knowledge of HR administrative and operational routines * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite This opportunity is also open to professionals with disabilities (PwD).
