Support for infrastructure and information security projects **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields (currently pursuing or completed) * Prior experience in technical support * Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 * Basic networking knowledge (IP, cabling, Wi\-Fi) **Responsibilities:** * First-level user support (in-person and remote technical support) Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and printers * Network support (cabling, switches, Wi\-Fi, internet) * Assistance with user account administration (Microsoft 365, SAP, internal systems) * Management and organization of IT equipment inventory * Basic SAP environment support (user guidance and incident ticket creation with consultation) * Support for infrastructure, information security, and process improvement projects * Assistance in IT vendor management (purchase orders, payments).
