General Administration * Organization and control of physical and digital documents * Contract and internal file management * Administrative support to executive management Finance * Accounts payable and receivable control * Bank reconciliation * Cash closing * Issuance and verification of invoices * Support in submitting information to accounting HR / Personnel Department * Electronic timekeeping control and verification * Organization of medical certificates and labor documents * Support in hiring and termination processes * Benefits administration * Liaison with accounting firms Internal Control * Support in organizing management indicators * Compliance with legal deadlines * Ensuring adherence to internal regulations Technical Requirements * Prior experience in administrative routines * Basic knowledge of finance and personnel administration * Proficiency in Excel * Document organization skills * Familiarity with labor legislation Desirable: * ERP system knowledge
