It is their responsibility to oversee the store and ensure smooth execution of all company processes, acting with an owner’s mindset. The Store Manager is accountable for everything that occurs in the store (maintaining harmonious operation across the entire team \- production and customer service). * Manage the store team by systematically overseeing daily activities and task allocation; * Develop Assistant Managers through direct supervision of the store team; * Receive and orient all new employees according to company policies, clarifying management expectations regarding their performance; * Monitor and follow up on the specific duties of Assistant Managers/Supervisors: uniforms; ID badges; store tidiness and cleanliness; sales associates’ posture in announcing and selling products; product display, restocking, expiry date control, and identification of in-house manufactured products in-store; inventory withdrawals, etc. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees jointly with Assistant Managers and Supervisors; Other related duties. * **Requirements:** Relevant work experience in this field will be considered a strong advantage. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Performance bonus, Parking, Disclosed during interview, Commuter allowance
