Job Summary We are seeking a professional to join our team in the areas of Controller, Tax, and Billing. The ideal candidate must possess analytical skills, knowledge of tax legislation, and experience in billing and financial control processes. 2\. Responsibilities **Controller:** Analyze and monitor financial/management indicators. Prepare management and performance reports. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Review/monitor quality procedures. Monitor/request permits relevant to the company's business. Evaluate/study/train on improvements for business software. **Tax Department:** Perform/verify calculation of municipal, state, and federal taxes and contributions. Ensure the company’s tax compliance by submitting ancillary obligations. Stay updated on current tax legislation. **Billing:** Issue invoices and monitor the billing process. Interact with customers to resolve billing-related issues. 3\. Competencies **Education:** Student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, preferably within the same industry segment. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel and financial management software. Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
