Acting decisively during pre- and post-land acquisition stages, the professional will directly participate in the analysis, structuring, and feasibility assessment of new developments, contributing to strategic decisions and the company's portfolio expansion. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor New Business workflows across prospecting, analysis, and consolidation phases of land areas; * Support management in executing strategic initiatives and internal coordination; * Gather and analyze technical information regarding land parcels, municipalities, master plans, environmental restrictions, and procedures with public agencies; * Conduct technical site visits to verify data and assess construction potential; * Lead meetings with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor deadlines and ensure adherence to established planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, including ability to read and interpret project drawings; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with strong cross-functional communication skills between technical and strategic areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in New Business or Real Estate Development; * Experience in technical and economic feasibility analysis of land parcels; * Knowledge of urban legislation and master plans; * Experience in large-area prospecting and presenting proposals to landowners and executive management; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Real Estate Development. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: R$ 1\.100,00 * Snack Allowance: R$ 7.00 per workday * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Transportation Allowance Compensation: R$3\.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
