We seek someone who wants to **grow together**, roll up their sleeves, and help sustain rapid growth without losing great talent along the way. **Role Mission** ------------------- Act as the strategic and operational arm of HR, supporting company growth through efficient recruitment, structured onboarding, leadership support, and care for the employee experience. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **Recruitment & Selection** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (alignment, screening, interviews, feedback) * Collaborate with leaders to define job profiles and support hiring decisions * Support prioritization of business-critical positions * Monitor R&S metrics (time-to-fill, hiring quality) ### **Onboarding & Employee Experience** * Execute and enhance the new hire onboarding process * Ensure a positive experience during the first 30, 60, and 90 days * Support engagement and organizational climate initiatives ### **Leadership Support** * Assist leaders with people management topics (feedback, conflicts, development, offboarding) * Serve as a point of contact for sensitive situations involving employees * Help build a culture of accountability and maturity in people management ### **Metrics & Structuring** * Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workforce movements) * Support the Head of HR in structuring processes and policies * Suggest improvements based on business realities **✅ Requirements** ---------------- * Prior experience as an HR Analyst (generalist or with strong focus on R&S) * Experience in fast-growing environments (startup, scale-up, or rapidly expanding company) * Experience conducting interviews and interacting with leaders * Strong communication, organization, and autonomy * Ability to handle ambiguity and frequent change * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in startups or companies undergoing structuring * Knowledge of HR metrics * Experience with structured onboarding * Proficiency using AI in HR processes * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields **Contract Information** --------------------------- * R$ 400 flexible card benefit (Flash) * PJ contract, hybrid model (in-office Monday–Thursday, remote Friday) * Location: Fonte Hub inside Rede Gazeta (own space to open soon, ~1 km away) * **️ Important to Know Before Applying** * This is not a ready-made HR function — we are building everything from scratch * The pace is intense and priorities shift frequently * We seek someone who **does**, proposes, and takes ownership If this excites you, you’ll likely thrive here
