You will collaborate with the marketing and communications team, transforming briefs into creative, functional, and visually appealing designs. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or related fields, either completed or in progress. * Proficiency in graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. * Experience in creating materials for various media (print, digital, and social media). * Ability to understand project briefs and translate concepts into creative visual designs. * Familiarity with design trends, typography, composition, color theory, and visual styles. * Advantageous: Knowledge of motion design or animation. Previous experience in branding, social media, or institutional materials. An updated portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects. Responsibilities: * Create and adapt layouts and visual concepts for both online and offline graphic materials such as banners, flyers, infographics, and social media content, using design software and adhering to brand guidelines. * Support the creation of materials for marketing campaigns and email marketing. * Perform image editing, compositing, and photo retouching using Adobe Photoshop. * Develop high-quality illustrations and vector-based materials using Adobe Illustrator. * Collaborate with the marketing or communications team to understand project briefs and objectives. * Adjust and adapt graphic materials for different formats and media, ensuring consistent brand visuals. * Apply graphic design principles to enhance readability, usability, and aesthetics of created materials. * Conduct visual research to stay updated on current design best practices. * Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss ideas and receive feedback on developed work. * Maintain an organized digital archive of projects and produced materials, facilitating access and file management for the team.
